Newcastle to Alicante
EasyJet has announced that it has relaunched flights to Alicante from Newcastle International Airport, and will now operate a twice-weekly service to Alicante throughout the summer on Tuesdays and Saturdays until the end of October.
These new flights are in addition to the recent announcement that easyJet will relaunch its route from Newcastle to Amsterdam, with flights taking off from September 5, 2024, and operating twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays throughout the year.

Newcastle to Amsterdam
Brand new flights to Amsterdam have been added from Newcastle Airport, with tickets to the Netherlands available from September this year.
It will take off from September 5, 2024 and operate twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays year-round providing the perfect connection for a long weekend in the Netherlands' capital.

Teesside to Dalman, Turkey
Holidaymakers will now be able to get their trips booked for this summer's holiday after TUI unveiled their flights on sale – including excursions to Dalaman, Turkey from Teesside.
TUI’s new route will fly to and from Teesside every Tuesday from May 28 until September 17 – with flights departing at 9.20am.
Sightseers will be able to take in the beauty of Marmaris and Olu Deniz, as well as the scenic bays which adorn the southwestern edge of Turkey.

Teesside to Corfu, Faro and Majorca
Ryanair has got its flights from Teesside on sale currently.
They said it will provide 14 weekly flights for holidaymakers to Alicante, Corfu, Faro and Majorca.
Planes will depart from Teesside to Majorca until October 24, with Faro running until October 23 – both operating twice a week.

A once-a-week flight to Corfu will run from June 1 to September 28, while the airline’s twice-weekly year-round flights to Alicante will continue.

Newcastle to Formentera
It was announced at the end of last year that Jet2holidays had added Formentera in Spain to its Summer 24 programme from Newcastle International Airport.
The expansion means that Jet2holidays will operate to 550 beach and city resorts, across 60 destinations in Summer 24, from its 11 UK airports, including Newcastle.
This expansion in Newcastle means that travellers can go to Formentera from May 16 through to October 5.
Just 20km south of Ibiza, Formentera is a short transfer away.
