World Cup fever is building among England fans ahead of the side’s tie against the USA tonight.

England fans will be hoping the team carry on the winning ways of their first match of the tournament, which saw them beat Iran 6-2 on Monday (November 21).

Supporters across the North East will be heading out to watch the game, with many descending on ‘fanzones’ which have popped up all over the region.

And one of the region’s biggest ‘fanzones’ has announced some new ‘rules’ ahead of tonight’s game.

Posting on Facebook, Central Park in Newcastle revealed nine hilarious ‘rules’ for American’s heading down to watch the game.

9 rules for Americans at the Central Park Fanzone

1) If ANY of you start chanting the "I believe that we will win" chant you will be swiftly escorted out of the building.

2) The word SOCCER is disgusting and we will not tolerate it

3) A pint landing within your vicinity is NOT an act of aggression

4) England does not include, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland

5) Our soft drinks are not unlimited refills and we will not add ice cream to your coke.

6) If someone bumps into you and it's entirely their fault, please apologise profusely. You do this by saying "Sorry mate"

7) Tipping is customary in England. It's a 50% Tip. Promise.

 8) If America score, celebrate like the English do. Which is a gentle nod and a light two fingered clap of the hands whilst whispering "Good form old boy"

9) You are expected to join in with both of our national anthems. For those of you who don't know, here are the lyrics:

"HARRY MAGUIRE, HARRRY MAGUIRE! HE DRINKS THE VODKA, HE DRINKS THE JAGER, HIS HEAD'S F*****G MASSIVE!"

"SOUTHGATE YOU'RE THE ONE, YOU STILL TURN ME ON, FOOTBALLS COMING HOME AGAIN!"


England v USA kicks off at 7pm tonight (Friday November 25).
