A POPULAR annual Lambing event at a nature reserve returns this year.
Lambing Live is returning to RSPB Saltholme this Easter, from March 30-April 15.
And new arrivals are expected at the reserve courtesy of Saltholme's favourite Moo the sheep.
Moo was born shortly after the spate of dog attacks at the Stockton reserve in 2015/2016 which led to the death of 50 sheep. Moo's mother was injured but survived and went on to give birth to her lamb Moo, named after her cow-like markings.
Moo is now expecting and is giving birth to her first lamb - or lambs - during this year’s Lambing Live event, which involves visiting newborns in the lambing shed, holding baby chicks, and arts and crafts as well as a nature hunt.
A children's activity pass for the day is £5 per child.
