THERE will be night-time road closures as resurfacing schemes begin in and around the Catterick and Richmond areas this month.
The first scheme – in Richmond – will be done in two phases - phase one involving Dundas Street and the junction entering Frenchgate, and phase two from Frenchgate leading to Station Road and Mercury Bridge.
Phase one is planned from Monday November 19 to Wednesday 21 between 6pm and 11pm, weather permitting.
Phase two is planned from Wednesday 21 to Friday 23 between 6pm and 11pm.
Throughout each phase a road closure and a signposted diversion will be in place.
Access will be available for residents and local businesses.
The second scheme, also in two phases, involves Richmond Road and Catterick Road. Phase one will be on Richmond Road and Gough Road to the camp centre roundabout.
It is planned for November 21 to December 1 with road closures from 6pm to 11pm.
Between 7am and 5pm traffic management will be in place.
Phase two involves Catterick Road from the camp centre to Sande from November 26 to 29, between 6pm and 11pm.
There will be a road closure and signposted diversion in place. Access will again be available to residents and local businesses.
