A 'Jazz Train' will travel through the scenic and picturesque landscapes of the Yorkshire Dales later this month, as it sets off for just £22 a ticket.
The Jazz Train returns to Wensleydale Railway for an evening of music in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support later this month, with plenty of entertainment planned.
Join the Wensleydale Railway for an evening of Jazz on the train with a charity fundraising raffle and auction of promises in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Enjoy a scenic journey through the Yorkshire Dales to Leyburn, all while immersed in the sounds of the Swale Valley Stompers Jazz Band.
Guests are invited to bring their own picnic and prosecco to enjoy on this trip.
The fun begins on Saturday, June 22 at 6.30pm at Leeming Bar station with music and dancing on the platform, before the train leaves at 7.30pm for a round trip to Leyburn.
The band will play on board the train and also at Leyburn station.

There will be an auction of promises and raffle and on board with some fantastic prizes.
This evening event is close to Midsummer’s Day and will show Wensleydale at its best in the late daylight.
The railway aims to run buses from both Osmotherley (via band member Peter Edmonds) and Thirsk.
