Al-fresco noodles are now on the cards in Darlington after Asian-fusion restaurant T.A.O was given permission to open an outdoor seating area.
The T.A.O Asian street food and noodle bar, on Blackwellgate, has opened its outdoor area after a successful application to Darlington Borough Council.
Diners will now be able to eat outside from 12pm to 9pm.
Previously, the business had said they planned to use the seating to "make the town busier and look better.”
Thanking customers and neighbouring businesses for their support with the application, the business posted online: “Thank you so much for your unconditional support from all customers, neighbours shops and Darlington Council officers who are very helpful
