A popular holiday let - St Cuthbert's Cottage - has announced that they will be closing in the next three months, after more than a decade in the business.

Based in Dalton le Dale, Seaham, and run by couple Jules and Mick, St Cuthbert's Cottage has welcomed hundreds of "fabulous guests" over the last 12 years, but the paid have decided to close this "wonderful chapter". They will stop running the cottage as a holiday let in the next few months.

Dubbed "a little slice of heaven", the County Durham cottage is located next to the river and has been a popular retreat for holidaymakers wanting peace, seclusion, and beautiful views of nature.
