Hundreds of residents gathered in a Teesdale village this weekend to celebrate an annual summer fair.

Residents flocked to the Ingleton Village Fair and Classic Car Show on Saturday (June 10) to take part in the popular event.

The show sported a wide array of vintage cars as visitors pulled out the deck chairs and relaxed on the green grass, taking in the sights.

The Northern Echo:

Those attending included many furry friends as show-goers brought along their dogs to the sunny showcase.

Many relaxed beneath the shade of parasols as the North East was bathed in sunlight on Saturday, greatly enjoying a rare stint of warmth.

People were not the only ones relaxing, with two pups pictured enjoying a ride in a stroller.
