Emergency services were on the scene after a two-vehicle collision on a County Durham road.
Durham Police attended a two-vehicle crash on the A692, near the Hobson pub, in County Durham today (May 30) which left both vehicles damaged.
An eyewitness told the Echo they saw three police vehicles rush to the scene of the incident at around 6pm.

Images from the scene showed a white car with damage to its side, and a black car which had extensive damage to the front end.
Traffic was disrupted while the scene was cleared.
The cause of the collision is not known at this time.
Traffic returned to normal after about 40 minutes according to an eyewitness.

It is not known whether anyone was injured in the collision.
