A 16-year-old by and a 39-year-old man have been arrested after reports of two spiking incidents in a North East town.
The incidents happened in Loons and The Showroom both of which are found on Victoria Road in Hartlepool.
The pair have been arrested on suspicion of administering a noxious substance in two incidents.

Both took place in the early hours of this morning (Sunday, May 7) with the incident in Loons reported at 0.45am.
The incident in The Showroom was reported at 2.20am in the morning.
Officers say the pair are both currently in police custody where they will be questioned by officers.
A spokesperson for Hartlepool Police added: “Any witnesses are asked to call 101, quoting reference 86768.”
