A whole host of jobs are up for grabs after a food giant announced a new store opening in the North East.
Burger King have listed 30 new job openings at their new location opening in Gateshead, in the MetrOasis.
The new branch will be located near the Metrocentre right next to Starbucks coffee drive-thru, Toby Carvery and Krispy Kreme.
The space was previously occupied by Harvester.

In a statement last week, Jeremy Wright, people director of Burger King UK, said: “During what has been a very challenging few years for many businesses, we are delighted to be creating new job and career opportunities in the area, and look forward to welcoming 30 new starters into the Burger King family, at our new Gateshead restaurant.
“We continue to be bold and ambitious in our growth plans across both locations and job opportunities.”

Restaurant Shift Manager
Responsibilities include shifts, ensuring company standards are met and kept by everyone, and providing exemplary customer service.

The job is available as either part-time or full-time, and pays £10 per hour.
Senior Restaurant Assistant Manager
Responsibilities include driving sales whilst controlling costs, acting as a team role model, ensuring company standards are met and kept by everyone.
It also lists developing your team, providing exemplary customer service, and delivering perfect products to customers as key parts of the role.
Benefits include a quarterly management bonus and team incentives, progression opportunities, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), a pension, discount vouchers, 50 per cent off food and drink for friends and family, and free work meals.
The job is available as either part-time or full-time, and pays £26,000 per year plus bonuses.
Restaurant Crew Members
According to the posting, workers will gain experience of quick service and have the opportunity to work in the kitchen, service area and on the floor.
They will also learn 'exceptional' customer experience skills, and take part in a fast-paced working environment.
Benefits include flexible hours, progression opportunities, discount vouchers, 50 per cent off food and drink for friends and family, and free work meals.
It says experience is not required and all successful applicants will be given full training.
The job is available as either part-time or full-time, and pays £6 per hour for 16-17 year-olds, £7 for 19-20 year-olds, £9.18 for 21-22 year-olds, and £9.50 for those aged 23 and over.
Restaurant Assistant Manager
Responsibilities include driving sales whilst controlling costs, acting as a team role model, ensuring company standards are met and kept by everyone.
It also lists developing your team, providing exemplary customer service, and delivering perfect products to customers as key parts of the role.
Benefits include a management bonus and incentives, progression opportunities, a benefits package, a pension, discount vouchers, and free work meals.
The job is available as either part-time or full-time, and pays £24,000 per year plus bonuses.
