There was a crash on a North East A-Road this morning, leading to a lane closure.
The lane is shut on the entry ramp on the A19 Northbound at the A174, near Thornaby.
It is not yet known how serious the crash is or if anyone has been injured as a result.
According to the AA Traffic Map, the incident was first reported at 7.44am and it is unknown how long the lane will remain closed and how many vehicles were involved in the collision.
Cleveland Police and the North East Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
