A DARLINGTON man has been fined after being caught behind the wheel without third party insurance and without a licence.
Rhys Johnson 21, of Lismore Drive, Darlington, appeared before County Durham and Darlington Magistrates Court on Wednesday April 27.

He was fined £660 after being caught behind the wheel without insurance and was also endorsed with six points on his licence.
Johnson was also sentenced for driving without a licence, however, no separate penalty was given.
He was made to pay £66 to victim services and £90 in court costs.
