POLICE have identified a woman who died in Darlington on Sunday.
Sophie Moss was found in a critical condition at an address in Glaisdale Court on Sunday morning.
The 33-year-old was taken to hospital but died a short time later.
The family of Ms Moss have been informed and have asked for privacy at this time.
A police investigation is underway into the death and a man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
A 31-year old-man remains in police custody in connection with the investigation.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances around Ms Moss's death.
Officers were called to the property at about 4.45am, when they found Ms Moss in an unresponsive condition.
