A LETTINGS agency is providing Darlington Football Club with valuable town centre office facilities as part of a mutually beneficial sponsorship deal.

The Quakers have taken up the space within My Property Box’s recently purchased headquarters building in Grange Road in return for a modest rent.

It gives the club an important base in the heart of town for its senior management team, including manager Alun Armstrong, commercial director Craig Morley and club secretary Dave Watson.

The office is also used by the Quakers’ media team and features a video lounge where staff can review games.

In return My Property Box, which lets several offices within its building to small local businesses, receives two season tickets as well as an opportunity to advertise in both the match day programme and at the ground. It can also access match day hospitality available in the Feethams Lounge.

Craig Morley, the club’s commercial director, said: “This sponsorship agreement with My Property Box highlights the many mutual benefits available by developing a close working relationship.

“The office not only offers the club excellent facilities, but its central location allows Darlington FC to further strengthen its links with the community.”

Ben Quaintrell, managing director of My Property Box, said: “As a business we serve the North-East region but remain proud to be firmly rooted in Darlington.

“The Quakers are a community club so it’s fitting that local people and businesses unite in supporting its continued success both on and off the pitch.”
