Conor Carty’s second-half equaliser earned Halifax a point from a 1-1 home draw against National League rivals Boston.
Striker Carty, signed from Waterford in the summer, turned on to Max Bardell’s ball into the box and crashed home a half-volley to haul Halifax level early in the second period.
The home side had fallen behind in the 30th minute when Boston forward Lennon Wheeldon drilled home a stunning long-range effort into the bottom corner.
Halifax’s winless run was extended to three matches but they remain 14th in the table, while Boston, who drop one place to 19th, have won only one of their last eight league matches.
