A JUNIOR football club is celebrating after scoring a sponsorship deal by a North Yorkshire housebuilder.
Brompton Juniors Football Club, which plays near Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire's Thurstan Park development, received a £700 cash boost.
The donation will be used to buy brand-new kits for the children to keep them looking smart and professional on and off the pitch.
Clark Williams, team manager U9’s, said: "We’re thrilled with this generous donation from Taylor Wimpey.
"The new strip looks great and the team is really excited to play in it. "Having professional-looking kits has really given them a boost for the coming season."
Jackie Coulthard, managing director at Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire added: “We’re proud to sponsor the Brompton Juniors Football Club, their values align perfectly with those of Taylor Wimpey and our commitment to give back to the local community."
