It looks like another blank weekend in the STL Northern League and FA Carlsberg Vase.
By Friday lunchtime, the Vase games involving Dunston (v Heather St Johns), Shildon (v Coalville) and Billingham Synthonia (at Westfields), plus the STL Northern League games at Consett, Tow Law and Thornaby had all been postponed.
The Vase ties have all been re-arranged for Saturday January 8th after three postponements.
Many more STL Northern League games are bound to follow, which means that some clubs won't have played for a month.
