Hartlepool United's home game with Charlton Athletic has been postponed.
A 1pm pitch inspection put paid to any hopes of the game going ahead.
Despite the Victoria Park pitch being covered from the heavy overnight frosts, parts of the pitch have froze.
And, with temperatures expected to drop again this evening, the game was called off to prevent Charlton travelling.
