KICK-OFF in Middlesbrough's game at Hull City tonight has been delayed by 15 minutes after both teams arrived late at the MKM Stadium.

A mishap with a local level crossing caused traffic delays and resulted in both sets of players arriving at the stadium just before 7pm.

Team news was delayed by 15 minutes and it's now been confirmed that kick-off has also been put back.

Michael Carrick has made two changes to his Boro team for tonight's game, with Rav van den Berg and Lukas Engel both coming into the side, replacing Dan Barlaser and Luke Thomas.

Jonny Howson will move back into midfield and partner Lewis O'Brien. There's no Hayden Hackney in the squad. The midfielder returned to the bench for Saturday's game against Swansea but Carrick said the midfielder wasn't fit enough to feature. He's been replaced on the bench by the returning Alex Bangura.

Liam Rosenior has made one change to his Hull team, with Lewie Coyle replacing Matthew Jacob. Ex-Boro loanee Ryan Giles is on the bench.
