Newcastle United will head to Hillsborough in the FA Cup third round
NEWCASTLE UNITED'S FA Cup third-round tie at Sheffield Wednesday has been selected for live television coverage.
The Magpies' game at Hillsborough will take place on Saturday, January 7, with a kick-off time of 6pm.
The game will be televised live on BBC One and via the BBC IPlayer.
The other FA Cup third-round games selected for TV coverage are: Man Utd v Everton (Fri Jan 6, 8pm, ITV1), Liverpool v Wolves (Sat Jan 7, 8pm, ITV4), Cardiff v Leeds (Sun, Jan 8, 2pm, ITV1), Man City v Chelsea (Sun Jan 8, 4.30pm, BBC One), Oxford v Arsenal (Mon Jan 9, 8pm, ITV1)
