CALLUM WILSON, Jonjo Shelvey and Jamaal Lascelles are all available for Newcastle’s home game with Tottenham that will mark the start of the club’s new era under Saudi Arabian ownership.

Wilson has recovered from the thigh injury that forced him to miss the Magpies’ last four matches, and will return to lead the line against Spurs.

Shelvey has not played a first-team game since the opening-day defeat to West Ham, but after returning with the Under-23s at the start of the week, the midfielder is back in the squad for Sunday.

Lascelles is also pushing for a starting spot at the weekend, having recovered from the injury issue that has sidelined him since the middle of last month.

Newcastle boss Steve Bruce said: “The only ones that haven’t made it are (Martin) Dubravka and (Paul) Dummett.

“So, the captain (Lascelles) is fit, Jonjo Shelvey is fit, and Callum Wilson is fit too.”
