HARRY Worley has become Hartlepool United's fourth summer signing.

The centre-half, 26, has moved to Victoria Park after his release from Stevenage, and follows Rakish Bingham, Carl Magnay and Rhys Oates in signing on ahead of the new season.

Pools boss Ronnie Moore is getting his squad in place early.

Worley has been at Stocktport, Chelsea, Leicester, Oxford, Newport and Stevenage permanently. Last season was a write off for the defender.

After facing Pools on the opening day of the season, Worley suffered a cruciate knee liagement injury two games later and only returned to the side at the end of the campaign, playing in their final League Two game of the season.

He was one of a dozen players freed at the end of the campaign, as Teddy Sheringham took over at the Lamex Stadium.
