ROY Keane has made four changes to his Sunderland side as the Black Cats look to extend their unbeaten run to four games at QPR this evening.
Daryl Murphy has shaken off a pelvic injury to take his place in attack - the Irishman replaces his compatriot David Connolly - while Graham Kavanagh returns to central midfield in place of the rested Dwight Yorke.
With Lewin Nyatanga still in the North-East nursing an injury he picked up in last Friday's draw with Wolves, Steve Caldwell partners Stanislav Varga at the heart of defence. Nyron Nosworthy is preferred to Dean Whitehead at right-back.
