MY stomach has just returned to normal after enduring the truly vomitous, fawning, creepy, full cream sycophancy the BBC ladled in full measure on to its coverage of this event. To add insult to injury, I also watched the Jubilee Concert which as a tribute to mediocrity had, in my opinion, few recent parallels.
