THE efficiency of wind power generation is still questionable.
Water power is being persistently ignored by the Government and the power generating agencies.
Power which drove the industrial revolution because of the rivers is still here today.
Just look at the Pelton wheel for power generation – all it needs is a head of water to supply jets to spin a wheel and, hey presto, electricity. Any water course would suffice.
