ON January 31 I went to Middlesbrough on a shopping trip. I was pleased to buy all I went for.
I was slowly coming down the stairs from the car park due to my arthritis when a lovely young woman coming after me offered her help.
She held my arm to the bottom of the stairs for which I gratefully thanked her. She really made my day. I am sure her parents are proud of her.
Unfortunately, the bad mannered of both sexes are the ones noticed.
