THERESA MAY was said to be shocked by recent events in central London. Why? Those responsible for the violence in the capital haven’t appeared overnight.
On the contrary, they are a known quantity, clearly enjoy causing mayhem and have thrown down the gauntlet by saying they intend to cause more.
So what is the home secretary going to do? Come on girl, the ball is in your court.
