BENEFIT claimants (among the poorest people in the country) earn a few bob on the quiet to make ends meet and, when caught, get the book thrown at them.
Senior bankers, having brought the economy down, still get paid millions and now they’re at it again paying themselves obscene bonuses: a combination of financial auto-eroticism with the prostitution of public resources – and the Government’s and Opposition’s response? Sweet nothing.
Does that make sense to you?
It sure as hell makes none to me.
