THE Government is continuing to try to push through the Commons a vote to part-privatise the Royal Mail. I would ask readers to request their MPs to vote against this.
The things we have learned from privatisation are that we end up paying more for less, shareholders always get a pay-out, and any shortfalls are paid for by the taxpayer, so why hand over another business to the money men?
