THE quality of photographs in The Northern Echo is always of a high standard and quality and each one tells its own story.
Last Tuesday’s picture on Page 14 was no exception. It clearly showed two ex-policemen who are setting up as private investigators “on the case”.
However, I would not have a lot of confidence in them. They failed to notice that the “case” they were on was upside down.
