Parking has been suspended in Grange Road in Darlington to allow for social distancing
WHY didn’t Darlington council implement a straightforward one way pedestrian system on Grange Road: up one side and down the other, like other towns and cities have successfully implemented.
Instead the council ridiculously erected barriers more fitting to a motorway diversion.
No parking means no shoppers and no sales. What a result! Another feather in the council’s hat!
