I ARRIVED on the bus stop on Friday, November 22 at 5.15pm for the number seven which, according to the timetable on the board, runs every 15 minutes, I eventually got home on the number eight, which came at 6.10pm.
Surely with all the modern technology, isn’t it time buses were fined for lack of service or late running, the same as trains and planes?
Could I have had someone pick me up? Yes, but thinking about the planet and people who never use public transport telling us to use buses, they are the ones who should make sure we have buses to catch.
It’s little things that need to be sorted out first, then talk about the big picture, with regards to helping the world we all have to live in.
