THE retirement age is to be 66 in 2020 and go up to 67 in 2025. The Government are having a laugh at the working class.
Is it not time we made a stand against the government?
How many of these MPs have actually done a hard day’s work?
How many have got out of bed at six in the morning to go to work, climb a ladder, dig a hole, lay a brick or drive a wagon?
At my guess, none, or they would not think twice about putting the retirement age to 67.
We should have a say in when we retire. If you have worked all your life, you deserve to retire to enjoy your remaining years, not have to work until you die.
It looks like that is what the government wants.
