COLIN TELFER suggests we are prospering even with the uncertainty of a Brexit deal and the possibility of a no deal exit (HAS, May 30).
The pound has sunk in value since the vote, many important companies have moved their HQ into Europe.
Car production is down by almost 50 per cent compared with last year, Honda is closing its factories whilst Nissan is not expanding as was expected.
Carolyn Fairburn, director general of the CBI, has described a “no deal” as a disaster, for which we are completely unprepared.
