THE local elections are almost upon us.
I know my vote will not count because I do not wish to vote for either of the main parties, and do not expect to have any other choice.
Why then can there not be a box on the ballot paper to say that I am not willing to vote for any of the candidates on offer?
This will give a true picture of the feelings of Darlington’s voters.
The silent majority might then be heard.
Alexandra Bailey, Darlington
