I COMPLETELY agree with your editorial about David Cameron (Oct 22).
He has brought this country to its knees and unleashed every kind of nastiness and viciousness, yet the media have done nothing to bring him to account.
I suppose that’s the kind of protection you get when you're in the Bullingdon Club at Eton.
