TERRY TUCKER seems to indicate that Lord Sacks is only allowed to attack the anti-semitism within the Labour Party if he sorts out his own people in Israel first (HAS, Sept 7).
This of course neglects to acknowledge that Lord Sacks was born in London and has always been a British citizen.
This equating of people of the Jewish faith with the entire country of Israel is exactly what Lords Sacks is trying to prevent, but clearly this has gone over your correspondent’s head.
