BEING a regular traveller along Darlington’s Clifton Road, I have seen wagons at the cattle market parked at right angles across double yellow lines blocking one side of the road.
Traffic wardens regularly patrol the area but seem to turn a blind eye to this.
I wonder if there is one rule for the trucks and one for private vehicles?
