I RECENTLY received three separate envelopes (each weighing 100gms) from the Child Support Agency (CSA) on the same day.
Inside of each envelope was a booklet informing me of how maintenance is worked out, and a letter with dates and information about how my claim has been worked out.
I feel that this is a complete waste of (my) taxpayers' money, time and energy of employees of CSA, and health and safety of my postman who delivers the mail.
If this occurs for every application to the CSA, then this is a complete contradiction of what the Government is trying to achieve in "saving the environment".
