You have hand it to the county council’s planners who have outwitted the rest of the country to win this award.
Who else could turn a city into a bombsite in such a short time while getting rid of the shopping centre?
Residents, though, can look on the bright side: Hollywood could be interested to make war films here if the council does the same to the cathedral and the castle.
