I SUGGEST that Gordon Brown's best way to continue to succeed in politics is to publicly announce his refusal to serve as leader of Labour and Prime Minister - if Tony Blair signs the new constitution for the EU in the last days when he is serving the British people.
This would establish Mr Brown as a man of principle and distance himself from the increasingly unpopular Government.
To sign a new constitution of this significance when abandoning responsibility for the outcome does not impress.
