I HAVE recently paid my gas bill for the quarter ending February 8. It worked out at exactly £4 a day. For that I heated a three bedroom bungalow and a 20ftx9ft orchid house 24/7 and had hot water. I would welcome the gas board shutting off my gas and paying me £30 a day while I used electric heating at approximately £8 a day.
