WHY is the Government wasting so much money abroad?
Some £12bn a year is spent on overseas aid. A further £5bn has been gifted to private companies in France, America and Australia which are paid to help the unemployed find work in Britain. That’s £17bn a year thrown down the drain.
Meanwhile, under the hated bedroom-tax, almost a million people will see a 14 per cent cut in their housing benefit – or face losing their homes.
