ON A recent visit to Darlington, I found the market toilets closed and securely boarded up with no notice as to the reason.
One day the councillors who did this may suffer prostate or bladder problems.
I long to see them scuttling to the Dolphin Centre for relief only to find the toilets there also closed for maintenance.
