A school governor charged with hitting a pensioner with a bag of frozen fish has avoided trial after agreeing to go on an anger management course.
Arthur Grabowski was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after the attacking Martin Gramey, 73, in Saugus, Massachucetts.
However, Mr Grabowski, a member of the Saugus School Board, will no longer have to face a court.
