Shoppers have discovered a dupe of a discontinued Cadbury chocolate being sold at Aldi.
Cadbury is responsible for a range of popular chocolates including Boost, Crunchie, the classic Dairy Milk bar, and Easter favourites like Creme Eggs.
The confectionery giant has axed several products recently including:
- Peanut Caramel Crisp chocolate bars
- Mini Eggs Chocolate Cartons
- Dairy Milk Orange chocolate bars
- Festive Friends Chocolate Biscuits
- Dairy Milk Mousse Snowman chocolates
- Dairy Milk Orange Crisp chocolate bars

It also discontinued its Dairy Milk Egg 'n' Spoon Cartons in the lead-up to Easter back in 2023, a decision which left fans heartbroken.
One fan, at the time, posted on X (formerly Twitter) saying: "Why would they just discontinue the egg n spoons like that. heartbroken."
Another person added: "This is a travesty! I revolt! I refuse to believe you’ve discontinued such an amazing line of chocolate!"

Meanwhile, a third Cadbury lover commented, "Horrible decision. I looked forward to getting these each year and have spend hours looking for them to now realize this.

Cadbury said the decision to axe the popular Easter treat had been made due to "our fans' changing taste buds".

The popular Cadbury Easter treat was first introduced back in 2013 and consisted of four chocolate eggs filled with either white chocolate or milk chocolate mousse.
They came with two small plastic spoons to scoop out the soft filling.

Shoppers have now discovered that Aldi sells a dupe of Cadbury's discontinued Dairy Milk Egg 'n' Spoon Cartons.
Aldi's Dairyfine Eggjoyables are available in three flavours:
- Choco Crème
- Cookies & Crème
- Milk Crème
An Aldi shopper recently made the discovery sharing the good news on X.

She said: "GO Aldi my 18 year old daughter buzzing that you do spoon eggs.
"Shall we say you’ve beaten the competitors hands down who discontinued their version in 2023!"
An Aldi spokesperson responded saying: "Love to hear it. They are unreal, so shout out to your daughter!"
