PEOPLE are being asked to send in their nominations to find Middlesbrough's Citizen of the Year for 2011.
The competition aims to recognise an individual who has made a truly outstanding contribution to their community and the town.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from the Middlesbrough Council website at middlesbrough.gov.uk/citizenscode Alternatively, people can call the civic support office on 01642-729715 and request an entry form.
Entries must be submitted by Friday, September 30.
