A WALL and three fences have been vandalised in Hartlepool.
Between Friday, May 27, and Monday, May 30, a wall in Cleveland Road, near the Old Pump House, was sprayed with graffiti, along with a wooden fence near the railway bridge in Powlett Road, a wooden fence at the Rovers Rugby Club and a fence to the rear of Vollum Rise.
