A TEENAGER was injured when his dirt bike mounted a kerb in Thornaby on Saturday.
The 16-year-old male was riding the AJB bike along Redcar Road at around 9.10am when he mounted the kerb and collided with a garden wall and fence.
He was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees where he was treated for a broken leg, broken arm, bruising to the chest and cuts to the face.
Any witnesses to the incident should contact PC Tina Lackenby of the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit on non-emergency number 101 quoting reference number 6738.
